Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please carefully review all personalization details - including monograms, names, spellings, and any other custom text before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed production begins promptly and we are unable to make changes to personalization details.

If you notice an error in your personalization details after placing your order, please contact us within 4 hours of purchase at MaryBDesignsShop@gmail.com with your order number and we will do our best to make changes before production begins.In the rare event that we make an error on your order, we will gladly reprint and ship your order promptly at no additional charge to you.
